Solomons Ratifies the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Solomon Islands as a signatory to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on 23rd of September 2008, officially deposited the Instrument of Ratification to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on 22nd of June 2023.

Ministry of Police and Halo Trust Sign MOU

The Ministry of Police, National Security, and Correctional Services (MPNSCS) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with The HALO Trust (HALO), a British and American charity, to map and record the location of unexploded ordnance (UXO) across the Solomon Islands.
