The PM's Press Secretariat made the announcement via their Facebook page.
It is understood Cabinet is currently in session and the PM's nationwide address will be made after.
It is understood an important announcement will be made and all are encouraged to stay tuned through the national broadcaster or the PM's Press Secretariat Facebook page, where the address will be streamed live.
