PDL Toll, the logistics company supporting RAMSI, has become the first major corporate supporter of the Great Australian Bike Ride participant Ross Andrewartha.

Donating to Ross on Saturday night at the successful Quiz Night, Mr Ian Stewart of PDL Toll said he was impressed with the cause and very happy to help Ross towards his $100,000 target. "It is a great effort and we are proud to become a Gold Supporter," said Ian. The Great Australian Bike Ride, which circumnavigates Australia this year to raise money for Australian Rotary Health (ARH).

ARH funds medical research and its focus is on mental health research and awareness. The ride over a distance on some 17000 kms started in Melbourne last week and travels up the Australian east coast, inland to Darwin, north to Darwin, then to Perth and returns to Melbourne in October.

Ross will join the ride in Darwin in July and travel with the other riders to Melbourne.

"It will be a long way. I will ride nearly 10000 kms. It will be like riding from Honiara to Marau Sound, about 100 times but it will be fun and it's a good cause," said Ross. "A lot of people suffer from mental health issues and I would like to help improve the quality of their lives."

support of PDL Toll and encouraged other Solomon Island businesses to join as
corporate supporters of the Great Aussie Bike Ride.'
