Solomon Islands national carrier, Solomon Airlines, have revealed that its Airbus A320 registered as H4-BUS will be undergoing its scheduled maintenance in Manila, Philippines from March 1 to 17 2013.
During the period of maintenance the Airlines will continue to operate with Air Nauru's 'Our Airlines Boeing 737' and Alliance Airlines Fokker 100 Aircraft.
The normal Saturday/Sunday services to and from Vila & Nadi will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the aircraft maintenance period but the code share arrangements with Air Niugini and Air Pacific will continue to be operational.
All passengers booked on these flights have been offered and accommodated on the Code-share flights on Tuesday/Friday and Sunday.
Intending or booked passengers are encouraged to contact Solomon Airlines’ Sales and Reservations departments to ensure that travel plans are not disrupted.
