The Solomon Islands Volleyball Federation (SIVF) successfully concluded its ‘National Level 1’ Coaches Course last Friday with a ceremony at the Solomon Islands National Institute of Sport (SINIS).

After an intensive three-day workshop, participants celebrated their achievement by receiving certificates, marking an important milestone for the development of volleyball coaching in the country.

The training, which aimed at equipping aspiring coaches with foundational coaching skills, was made possible through the collaborative efforts of SIVF, SINIS, and its performance service teams.

These partnerships ensured that participants received high-quality training, preparing them to contribute to the growth of volleyball at both community and national levels.

Held at SINIS, the workshop focused on various aspects of volleyball coaching, including game strategy, player development, and physical conditioning. The program aligns with SIVF's broader objective of improving the standard of coaching within the sport and enhancing the overall performance of athletes in Solomon Islands.

By completing the ‘National Level 1’ Coaches Course, the new coaches are now poised to take on a critical role in promoting and advancing volleyball throughout the nation, fostering talent, and inspiring future generations of players.
