Acting Police Commissioner Peter Marshall, in a Press Conference yesterday, stated that a good number of people have responded to publicized names of outstanding arrest warrants.
The media was informed that soon the police will issue the outstanding arrest warrants for names beginning with the letter 'B'.Acting Commissioner Marshall also stated that a few complaints have been raised regarding this issue but he added that the Courts are responsible for issuing warrants and the police are only doing what they are supposed to do.
He then concluded that if people are aware of warrants for them, they should approach the police to clear their names.
Solomon Times understands that the next load of names for outstanding names will be issued next week.
