Former National goalkeeper Severino Aefi is an example of someone who has the heart to develop quality goalkeepers by opening up a goalkeeping school of excellence.

Recently he started goalkeeping sessions for aspiring goalkeepers and quite a number of enthusiasts are turning up.

He plans to train an elite group of boys to ensure in the future there would not be a shortage of quality goalkeepers.

Currently, more than 10 goalkeepers are turning up for his sessions buit he expects many more boys to attend his future sessions.

Aefi says he is fortunate to have been allowed to use the SIFF Academy for his programme.

Meanwhile, the following goalkeepers who were identified during the recent trial matches at the SIFF Academy ground are being urged to attend a meeting tomorrow at the SIFF Academy at 3pm.

They include; Satu Barisi, Philip Samani, Stephen Wasi, Richard Maenu'u, Gideon Gamasi, Allan Samani, Jefter Awa, Jack Mono, Michael Molani, Graham Alfred, Polycap Bonare, George Lifu, Jack Mono, Sammy Iaga, Joachim Roko, Rolly Pongi, Nelson Kimisi, Colton Thomas, Alick Korai, George Kalauma, Jr. Wilson Hivu, Ray Faiga, Frederick Fafale, Stanley Maeiro, Paul Samani, Junior Macur, Jayven Paia, Gabriel Ramo and Jack Robo.

Invitation is also extended to girls who are keen to take up goal keeping to attend the meeting.
