Up to 28 resolutions had been submitted to the national government after the premier's conference at Lata in Temotu province last year.
He assured premiers that rural development forms a huge part of the government's development programs and policies.
Mr Maelanga congratulated the premiers for coming together in such a forum to discuss matters of common interest to their people and provinces.
