Isabel to Commission New Vessel

The Isabel Development Company (IDC) will be commissioning their fourth cargo vessel this Friday at Buala, Isabel Province, Solomon Islands.

IDC's general manager, Cathy Nori explained that the commissioning of MV Arnavon is to bless the vessel before it begins operation in the country.

Mrs Nori says invited guests will mostly be from their business clients and provincial members.

She says after the commissioning in Buala, the vessel will travel to some parts of the province for more welcome celebration for the new vessel.

M.V Arnavon, is the fourth vessel of the Isabel Development Company, the other three vessels are M.V Isabela, M.V Estrella and M.V Ortega.

The new cargo vessel arrived in Honiara last month.
