Former East-Central Guadalcanal M-P Nollen Leni has decided against continuing his appeal case against Levers Solomons Limited, L-S-L.

Mr Leni was recently evicted from the L-S-L land in Lunga and now lost a house he built on the company's land.

Nuatali Tongarutu, lawyer for Nollen Leni, filed a notice of discontinuance in court yesterday, meaning Mr. Leni has accepted that Levers Solomons Limited is in the right and he was wrong.

Mr Leni's appeal stemmed from the eviction orders of the High Court made on 12th of May this year.

The court had then ordered Mr Leni to pay ten-dollars for trespass, that he had to leave the premises within 21 days and that the building he had erected were the property of L-S-L.

However, Mr Leni failed to comply with the court orders to leave the property.
