As labeled on your publication, it was NOT Solomon Kurukuru 2 that Fiji played in the friendly. There is no second Kurukuru Futsal Team in the Solomons. The team that played the friendly against Fiji are just Solomon Islands students studying at the USP Laucala campus.

There is only ONE Solomon Kurukuru who are on ground at the moment and started its damaging route last night beating New Caledonia 9-2 in the second game of the day. Fiji played the Tahitians in the final game of day one for the empty seats as the vodafone Arena was vacated after the Kurukuru game. The students of SI went in to play as just an evening sweat out after class and to put 3 goals to Fiji while the students dont even regard futsal as their normal game to play at the USP was a big showdown.

In the first spell, vanuatu beat Tuvalu 5-1. Kurukuru is going up against the Kiwis at 8pm (final game of day 2 comp) tonight.

Everybody stood to their feet as the kurukuru did their round ball skills that made an uncontroble shouts in the Arena..

The whole SI community in Fiji (Suva, Nausori, Nadi, Lautoka and Bar) made it last night to sing the National Anthem along with the music as the boys took the court.
