Ms Cathie Anilafa deserves such recognition. I work with her for the past five years at SI Red Cross. The commitment and determintion she shows to care for the children with special needs for education cannot be quantified.

As I observed at most occasions when she and her volunteer teachers did their uttermost to give quality trainings to the children at the SI Red Cross Special Development Center, it reminds me of the wonderful thing a person can do to others who need her help. It also reminds me that to give and to receive are rights of human beings, not only to a privileged few.

Continue Cathie, you're the champion to our children with special needs. This country needs you.
