Australian Government Reviews Travel Advice for Solomon Islands

The Australian Government has reviewed its advisory for travelers visiting the Solomon Islands and effective immediately, the travel advice level has been lowered to ‘exercise normal safety precautions.’

Officers Graduate with Level 2 International Mine Action Standard Certificate

The Royal Solomon Islands Police Force (RSIPF) Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Team graduated six of its officers after completing the level two of International Mine Action Standard (IMAS) at Hell’s Point, East Honiara.
The Corporate Plan sets out the strategy and guide for the MECDM, Community Based Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), development partners, and Civil Society Organization’s support to the Ministry for the next 2 years.
