In response to the resignation of the solomon islands female pilot last week , I just want to put these thoughts across the floor that ,''to fly solomon islands into into the gobal market, solomon islands must realise that female pilot is one of the market and advertisng pageof solomon islands for the region and the rest of the world. Telling and showing the world that solomon island is responding and participating in the globalisation and regionalisation process thru educating and putting our female pilot in the air with the rest of the pacific island countries and the world''.That,solomon islands is cabable and potential to compete.
Thus, to discourage a local female pilot is a sign of the dive nose of the economy and uncompetitive position of the country.Am not blaming the economy but, those mind and hands that design the resignation of the the female pilot without looking beyond the horizon of globalization,regionalisation internationalisation, localisation and privatitation process.
