Havea, The panorama you portray is relatively historical and I think you have missed the point. Firstly Solomon Islands were never a colony, we were a British protectorate, Secondly you stated clearly that British shaped a lot of Fiji institutions, and that was exactly my point. Why do we have to follow Fiji example? There in nothing better in the ethic card they play (as Fiji is the most ethic divided society). Why bring it to our door steps (Solomon Islands) by setting up an Indigenous Ministry? Who is Indigenous anyway?, we must be mindful as this may come back to haunt us someday
