A SolRice Challenge will take place on Lengakiki Roads in Honiara tomorrow.
The Saturday event was launched on Wednesday by the Manager of SolRice, together with PPF members.The SolRice Challenge is an event where employees of SolRice, members of the public, members of the SIPF, RAMSI PPF and RAMSI military will carry a bag of rice while competing in a challenge of fitness and strength.
Police are warning motorists that there may be delays, and traffic may be disrupted due to the running of the SolRice Challenge.
Motorists are reminded to watch for pedestrians and competitors around the Town Ground and Lengakiki Road areas.
