In meeting customer expectations, Solomon Water says it is proud to announce that they have opened a second Cashier and Customer Care Center at the Panatina Plaza.
Solomon Water says that as part of their ongoing “We are With You” campaign, the Cashier and Customer Care Center in East Honiara will expand Solomon Water’s capacity to fulfill the demand for customer support in addition to the current BJS Cashier and Customer Care Center in Point Cruz.
The facility will be able to receive payments, accept customer connection requests and make access by people living or working in the east Honiara area easier.
"We’re with you in improving value, improving services and improving for the future - all aimed at delivering our vision of safe water for a healthy nation," a statement from the company reads.
