Solomon Islands National Institute of Sport (SINIS) Talent Identification Department (TID) continues to roll out their awareness program at schools on what the High Performance Centre is about.
Yesterday the TID department completed awareness at White River School and are now on their way to King George VI School this morning before heading to Florence Young Christian School later in the afternoon.
The TID department also visited Red Cross School mid this week as part of their awareness program in which they included making aware to the school of ‘people with special needs’ that there will be a ‘Para Talent Identification’ on February 28 at SINIS.
Building good relationship with schools and their Staff is a priority for the TID SINIS team as they look forward to engage schools through bookings, so that they can try out their talents at the High Performance Centre.
The High Performance Centre is a unique program for students who aspire to elite sport representation. Students who participate in this program have opportunities to improve in both their academic and sporting endeavours.
SINIS goal is to develop students' ability to balance the demands of school and elite sport training to achieve success in the sporting arena and in academia.
SINIS has a dedicated team with sporting industry experts to provide a very unique experience for students who want to pursue elite sports.
