Newly arrived Chinese passengers from the direct flight from China are said to be breaching quarantine rules.
Alleged quarantine breaches were said to have taken place at the Pacific Casino Hotel, one of the declared quarantine sites for all incoming passengers.
Packages were said to have been dropped out of windows and picked up by another Chinese individual who was waiting outside.
Chairman of Camp Management, Karl Kuper, confirmed to the national broadcaster, SIBC, that they have been made aware of the situation and have reported the matter to the police.
Police have confirmed that the matter is with the criminal investigations unit.
He assured the public that his team will continue to ensure that direct contact with those in quarantine sites are restricted.
