The two Solomon Islands soccer stars who attended the English FA International Coaching License Programme in England arrived in the country this week.

SIFF selected the two to attend the FA coaching clinic after completing the Oceania Football Confederation Senior Licence Course recently, at the SIFF Academy Alan Boso facility

Commins Menapi and Gideon Omokirio spent almost three weeks in England for the International Coaching License Programme.

According to them, the course "was really good."

"This is the first time I have attended such course and this has helped me learn a lot of new things," says Solomons Soccer International, Commins Menapi.

The English FA course was also attended by coaches selected from around the world and according to Menapi only three representatives were from the Pacific. The other Pacific Islander was from Fiji.
