Team Kurukuru have begun their journey home last night.
According to Coach, Victor Wai'ia, the team left for Sao Paulo and then will travel to Dubai before coming home on Sunday.Mr. Wai'ia said that he was quite happy with the boys' performance.
"Being a young team they have performed to their best against all the experienced players in the FIFA Futsal World Cup.
"They have showed great skills for their age which had surprised the other teams. The boys are happy with the outcome of their games and apart from the games, the boys are all in good health," said Mr. Wai'ia.
He said that despite the loss, the boys had enjoyed their games and that was the most important thing.
Besides having this great experience and exposure, team Kurukuru also had the opportunity to meet many of their Futsal idols.
