Telekom employees are threatening to take another industrial action if the Chairman of the Telekom Board, Mr. John Beverly, refuses to negotiate the Telekom Chief Executive, Martin Robinson's removal.

A source within Telekom has revealed that 318 out of the 330 employees will not negotiate their stance and want to see the removal of Martin Robinson.

"There is a potential industrial action that the employees will resort to if John Beverly and the NPF board keeps holding on to Martin Robinson."

The reliable source said that perhaps Martin Robinson and John Beverly are not providing accurate information to the rest of the board members which undermines the credibility of the Board.

"Looking at it from another angle, perhaps, John Beverly and Martin Robinson are both making decisions on pertinent issues alone without consultation with other board members."

The source said maybe the Board Chairman, Mr. Beverly, should go as well.
