Soccer games to have taken place between Uncles Football Club and Hana Football Club was cancelled.
Speaking to Solomon Times, the Administration Officer of the Honiara Football Association (HFA), Barnabas Loloito said games for yesterday between the two clubs had to be deferred.Mr. Loloito explained that cancellation of the game was because the field was not prepared and spot lights were not in good condition.
He said that it was a great disappointment for supporters of both teams who had expected to watch their first match yesterday.
Meanwhile, Mr. Loloito said games will still continue throughout this week and urged players to participate in the sports events.
