The Ministry of Health and Medical Services stated that "Solomon Islands would find difficulty in dealing with any outbreak that may result from the 'Sanlu' contaminated baby formula and the white rabbit candies produced in China."

This problem has already been foreseen 10 years ago. According to Robinson Fugui his department under the Ministry of Health and Medical Services has already submitted the necessary requirements - the draft regulations to the Attorney General's Office in order to empower them (Robinson's Department) to deal with the issues highlighted by the outbreak.

However, the Attorney General did nothing about them (the regulations).

I like to commend Robinson Fugui for the work well done!

However, the questions I would like to pose are this: What is the problem with Attorney General's Office? Is there a lack of competent human resource? Is there a shortage of lawyers?
