While Julian has put some touches on the traditional aspet of the nguzunguzu, it would be more traditionally original that the name of the carving in some parts of the western province is 'totoisu' . Ngzunnguzu is a post colonial term given to this piece of craftship. Have yu taken a consensus from the western province citizens to accept what is has been label as an 'western' identity? From what I can gather, I dont think so. Linking traditional and modernised labels are quite different things to make a point in print media.
