Sir,
It is almost a practice in any conference or sympossium that papers to be presented in a power point form are usually up loaded onto a laptop or desktop all in readiness for the presentation. So when it is our turn to present, you just need to go click on our paper and all set to go. We don't present directly from our flash drive. Although there are a number of reasons why it is not normally accepted to do that, one of them is what happen to Mr. Fred Ganate during the Premiers conference in Lata. Serves him right though, but may be for anyone who is thinking of presenting a paper else where, think about this.
