I guess that's a D-day for the concerned PS. That was a serious issue unexpected from a nation's top public servant. If it's true that Dr Sikua suspended Ganate for that matter in the course of investigations then it's commendable.

This same issue was swept under the carpet when the former regime allowed one of its PS (name withheld)who acted in a porno with another local woman to remain in that position. Such actions from our leaders should not be tolerated.
