While it is interesting and perhaps contented with this arrangement, however, what guarantee does the Ministry of health has in anticipating that after six years we'll have 66 new doctors. Is there some form of bonds to retain these doctors after completing their studies? Or are they free to make their own choices just like the current system? Since 30 years I believe the country has invested millions through bilateral assistance investing on medical studies and have we reciprocate these investments numerically?
