What was said at the Pacific Forum about traditional staple fish depletion and solutions? Last week a Langalanga chief told me he had been out fishing for 6 hours and caught nothing. People in the area used to be able to catch 60 fish in 1 hour. Human malnutrition has been occurring in the region for years and years.
Why is the dire urgent need many SI people being so blatantly ignored? What is this absolute insult about Aus work approval in 18 months, MAYBE?
If animals in the Pacific are short of food from the sea what about the many people who no longer have fish at their backdoor and who have no motor or money for fuel to find fish? Even whales can not find enough food. See:
