Well, it seemed that there are lots of doubts that need to be answered concerning this doctor. Without raising more questions. I just want to ask the original question again.
Why is this particular doctor selected when there are so many qualified and experienced doctors at National Referral Hospital who can handle the job more efficiently and effectively in the field of Accident and Emergency or even Internal Medicine? Is there under-the-table dealing in which responsible authorities are selecting their cronies take accompany the delegation even if the cronies are not satisfactorily meet the criteria to be the best doctor for the delegation?
Paul, it semed that you don't know more about this particular doctor because He is not a SPECIALIST yet...he is still studying to become a specialist for the last 8-9 years...and only God knows when he will become one eye specialist.
