I read the letter of Solomon Islands students studying in Fiji and it is sad to learn that they are experiencing some difficulties because of their allowance. This is not a new issue. Every beginning of the semesters, students will complain of being delay of their allowances. This can be very frustrating to students. Just imagine being in a foreign country to do something important, but there is no money for support. It is resoanable to be frustrated about, and it is something not to deny.
