I read about a news that a young man in Western Province suddenly took his own life by hanging himself inside his own bedroom and am so concerned that this type of death will continue to rise in the country. My condolence to the family, friends and relatives of the deceased. May the Lord gives you comfort in this time of sorrow.
To our young people here in the country who may also experience many challenges in life, please I want you to know that "death" is not the answer to your problems. Life is precious so guide it well. Only God knows when to get it back.
Once an American preacher Joel Scott Osteen stated that "You're going to go through tough times - that's life. But I say, 'Nothing happens to you, it happens for you.' See the positive in negative events" so don't ever give up.
Think positive and stay strong. Always seek help whenever you're experiencing any problem because you're not alone.
Please my fellow citizens of Solomon Islands, we must help each other to stop "suicide". Understand and reach out to those who are in trouble.
God bless!
