I think that having a mobile phone is very handy, if there is a problem u can call for police assistance, in my country the mobile phone are equip to atomatically notifiy police or other abulance with the push of one button. and they have done away with telephone booths because the homeless were making them there homes. so this is a good thing and it should be affordable with the use of phone cards for everyone here u can get cellphones for 20.00 and by phone card minutes. u should make it this price and make it affordable for the people who want to use them.
