Wheel chair syndrome
I agreed with Tesua that the wheel chairs are kindly donated by ROC to help those medical patients that in need of it. Can people like sina donate wheel chairs like what ROC did? There are people out there who are really in need of this equipments and we should not look at this donations in a merely negative perspective but rather we should appreciate these kind donations. God bless Solomon Islands.
