HIV ON THE RISE
Its pretty interesting and annoying to read through this article in this paper. Whilst reading through its content the logic that I get from it was that there is a difference in the number of reported cases and non reported caeses. Well my question is who should be blamed....is it the authorities that are responsible or is it those that are infected that should voluntarily come forward and admit that they are carriers of HIV, something which I think would be very impossible for one to do. So my question is where should we lay the balance. This is because we cannot afford to continiue and rely on such incorrect infromation. The general public needs to be informed appropriately as health is a prime importance in any country and a country needs healthy population inorder to develop that is both economically and socially. Therefore I believe lets not take this matter lightly. We right right information...lets help fight against AIDS/HIV.
