Good idea to build telecom towers, but who will pay for the tower?
And why not come up with some option? why 200? Any other number? or service provider?
The report Minister talk about is interesting one to me, and Mr Minister the man with the vision maybe please brief the public.
But honestly I like your vision, not many Minister talk about vision. But people will support more if you show us how you will implement the vision and the cost. Anyway, thumbs up to you Minister Agovaka - the man with a vision.
