To the Editor:
What is the latest on the proposed travel bubble? Been reading several coverage online, but all seems to be plans, nothing concrete.
Here's an idea, have one of your many islands set up as a quarantine centre - a place next to the beach, isolated but well stocked with basic stuff.
Trust me, there are millions with millions wanting to get to somewhere safe! What better place to escape than the coronavirus free Solomon Islands.
It is a potential life saver for your country, which I understand is needing much needed revenue to stay afloat.
Safety protocols are easy to manage when one is on an isolated Island, right?
