I want to congradulate the Police for bringing this culprit to the court to face justice. 19 years is a very long time, the culprit might already forget the crime that was committed in 1989.
Finally, may I kindly remined the SIPF that there is also other murderers still on the run. Some for almost ten years now. One wonders whether they are still alive. People should inform police once they sight them in the forests/village.
Anyway, congradulations SIPF.
