Dear editor,
I read that Solomon Islands is COVID-19 free, which is such a blessing for your wonderful country.
Watching the devastating impact of the virus worldwide is sad, but the important message for those of us affected is that this virus can be managed. Your Islands are naturally isolated, and your government is smart to ban international travel.
This goes to show that if countries such as ours practice social distancing and stay at home it is possible to beat this virus while we wait for a vaccine. For now, I guess every man should be an island, stay at home, isolate yourself and your family and let us all beat this virus!
