Dear editor thank you for allowed me to express my concern as stated to the bold subject. Well to introduce myself, I am a citizen here in Solomon Islands, since my birth up until now, I just wondering why our country still struggle for development? Rather our country full of resources that we can make used of it, still we bugged for Aid money.
Further more, we concern about the drop of our economy... Rather I don't think that that's not the problem. I thought that we Solomon Islands need to do something.
My biggest question is: ' WHY DID OUR GOVERNMENT PRIORITIZE EDUCATION BUT LESS JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR THEIR CITIZENS'?
This is a serious matter that our government should open their eyes to see how citizens living. Some of them return from overseas after completing their study, those I believe they have knowledge and skills, they already equipped but when they return to their studies, I see some of them still ended up to committed crimes, involved in drink alcoholic, and even some girls end up they sold their own body just to get financial Aid to support themselves.
Government should treated those people as an asset for the benefit of the country because we still part and also contribute to the economy growth. Therefore, it is my opinion and concerns that we needed more job opportunities to cater for our students.
WE NEED MORE JOB OPPORTUNITY THAN SCHOOL
