With the latest traffic accident involving a RAMSI officer, it is high time the gov't must not ignore the opposition's call for the review of the Facilitation Act.
Obviously if that RAMSI officer was sober, the death of that fellow citizen would not have happened.
Would even be better if the parliament utilizes s.59(3) of the Constitution to make any amendment to the Facilitation Act retroactive in its effect.
