Dear Editor
I think it is time the Ministry of Commerce and Industry come down hard on this issue. I did send an article on this very issue in 2012. However, it is not only takeaway food business but i rather think the Fast Food and Kai Bars should also be operated by natives. Well Gilberties are also part of us, therefore, they are also under my definition of natives.
We have given up so many things to Chinese people and it is only right to protect some of the interest of the native people.
Tougher penalty must be enforced on those that despise orders and directives.
Lets Save Solomon Islanders rather than continuously asking our GOOD LORD to save our nation. HE is always on our side, but we are always on the road block.
Thank you Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the bold move.
