This is to commend PM Lilo and SIG for their role in getting French Polynesia case to the UN general assembly which resulted in the territory being listed on the UN decolonization list.

There are elements in the territory who would like French Polynesia to be an independent sovereign state. This of course is difficult. Being listed does not guarantee independence however it makes it easier by proving an opportunity. We provide that opportunity but they the Tahitians gotta decide for themselves.

Therefore thumbs up to PM and those involved (including those nations voting for). May SIG use the same drive and enthusiasm and initiative to address the traffic jam plaguing Honiara.
