I wish to make comment on the above subject as mentioned by our country's Opposition Leader Dr Derek Sikua.

While I appreciate his comments, I must tell him that when he was Permanent Secretary, for Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development we experienced the SAME situation.

Please Dr Sikua, look back in your days as PS for Education, when we ask you about the same issues at U8 lecture hall in Laucala Campus, USP. Those SAME issues are happening again. May be time u lo Oppostion na hem easy for talem, but time u lo Government last time, mifala kakai breadfruit too lo side field lo Vaturara..with dry coconut.
