So PNG has provided again additional funding of SBD$300 million to SI! Perhaps, PNG should convey to Mr. Phillip that its availability is conditioned on the completion of the PNG High Commission in Honiara.
How could PNG be so relaxed on the above question, when the issues surrounding the yet to be completed building of the PNG high Commission in Honiara could amount to a questionable duty of bilateral care on the Solomon Islands govt part? And yet PNG continues to offer funding as a Melanesian brother?
The time has come for even brothers to be frank with their siblings regarding responsible relationships, and not irresponsible spoiled relationships! The case of PNG and SI could arguably be that of the latter.
