It seems to me from all the Niue reports that the only thing particpants see is a chance for AID handout.
How about the countries particpating start doing something about the environment.
ie STOP ALL LOGGING. Treat all sewerage. Improve waste disposal. Ban cars with leaky exhausts. Use solar not gensets.
Every country can help.
Everyone seems to want to just use climate change as a hand out exercise. Its not just China and India who have to fix the environment - its everyone.
Countries that allow logging to continue without replanting should not get a cent.
