I wish to convey my hearthfelt sympathy as a Solomon Islander to the immediate family of the victim gunned down by the RAMSI personnel.

That's another case in point after the death of the female nurse in 2008 in the road accident by another RAMSI personnel.

These two incidents have now herald the fact that the RAMSI military component has reached its 'expiry date' and should have been scaled down or something more worse is in the offing.

All in all, this is just the beginning.

We expect more of these kind of "isolated cases" as the RAMSI Special Cordinator calls it, the longer the military overstays its 'expiry date'
