Who is in charge?
I am wondered and confused about who is in charge of the 'Rural Livelihood Fund. Is it the Ministry of Rural Development as often preached by the Government or the individual MPs themselves? This is in light of the funds being taken away by 26 MPs as reported lately by Sasako (Solomonstar news). The manner in which the 26 MPs escaped with these funds shows that they are in charge and administer these funds, not the Ministry responsible.
