In reply to Michael Aike from Honiara (Iran and Solomon's Relationship):
Look at the need for a more fundamental change in the government. The government does not need more money. The government needs to more effectively use the money that it has. The Prime Minister has recently announced that the government has lost through $433 million through misappropriation of funds. Should we be giving the government more money so they can lose more of it? This is like saying "oh, I have a hole in my petrol tank, I'd better put more petrol in it". Fix the leaks first!! Keep the government out of any kinds of dealing with money - they have proved themselves completely useless at it so far.
