Dear Sir/Madam,

I am one of those frustrated callers who has been trying to call to Honiara. But has been unsuccessful since they started improving their system.

While I appreciate the fact that they are trying to improve their system, it doesn't seem right that they neglect their support to enquiries sent via their website.

A reply to this enquiries would go a long way to prevent customers from having to turn to the public media to voice their frustrations.

Please advise what is going on? At present when I try to call any numbers (Land line & mobile) I get a "This number does not exist" message. Interesting... as one of those numbers was Telekom customer service.

Hope to get an answer this time.
